Cancellation & Refund Policy – Yatrikan.com
In the event that a booking does not get confirmed due to any technical reason whatsoever, Yatrikan will process the refund of the booking amount paid by the User within 5–7 business days from the date of receipt of the same from the service provider. The User will be informed via email regarding the refund status.
Yatrikan is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in place of an unconfirmed booking, nor to compensate or replace such booking. Any subsequent booking will be treated as a new transaction. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed strictly as per the policies of the respective service provider and Yatrikan.
Cancellation of bookings shall be governed by the cancellation policy of the respective service provider.
Refunds upon cancellation will be processed by Yatrikan only after receiving the refund from the service provider, and will be subject to deduction of applicable taxes and charges.
The convenience fee, service fee, or conversion fee paid at the time of booking is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Any offers or discounts applied at the time of booking will be deducted from the total refund amount.
All eligible refunds will be processed only to the original mode of payment (credit card, debit card, wallet, etc.) used during the booking.
